The following general terms and conditions outline the conditions of use of the website, accessible at: www.enrouelibre-centrevaldeloire.com.

- BOOKINGS ARE TO BE MADE DIRECTLY THROUGH SERVICE PROVIDERS
The website is a platform which lists accommodation providers, visits and/or leisure activities.
Depending on the service provider, the user will not be able to make a booking on this website. This depends on the service provider’s choice at the time of their listing on the website. In such a case, the user will have to contact the service provider directly to make a booking.
The user will have to respect the general terms and conditions of the service provider’s sales, through which they will have made their bookings. The sales will be made directly between the user and the service provider. The owner does not take any responsibility regarding the quality of the services provided by the providers. All disputes will have to be solved directly between the user and the service provider involved.
The user can access the providers’ offers directly from the website or by searching using filters in the search tool.
In order to by listed on the website, the provider must be able to offer a service in one of the six departments of the Centre-Val de Loire region and must be listed in the owner’s regional database.
Offers can be searched using location, ranking, label, price and availability. When a user does a search using an availability filter, the offers that will show up first are those that can be booked online. The owner also favours offers with accompanying photographs, which will be displayed first. The photographs are given by the provider and the owner bares no responsibility if the photographs do not correspond to the reality. Besides the above-mentioned criteria, the offers appear in a randomised order and change depending on browsers and times of day.
