L'Orangerie

This building with its large arch windows no longer houses citrus or frost sensitive plants. The room ceiling height has been calculated to accommodate the largest of the summer garden plants allowing us to create a large south-facing living room bathed in sunlight. In summer, when the sun is high, it does not come in at the front of the building directly. In winter, when the sun is low, the sun's rays come directly into the room... it's a joy to live in our "Orangerie", designed according to the rules of the Renaissance Limonaia.
