Description
This fascinating journey through the region's history takes in three wonderful little towns. Standing proud atop a rocky outcrop, Saint-Brisson is the site of a XIIth-century fortress converted into an elegant aristocratic home. To the East, Châtillon is a charming village whose history has been shaped by trade and transport on the Loire. Saint-Firmin is an old sailors' village at the southern end of the Briare canal bridge.
