Private lake nearby (free fishing). Ground floor: small fitted kitchen - bathroom/toilet - living room (1 double bed) - heating with a rustic wood burning stove. Garden table and chairs. Shared: courtyard, restricted use of the telephone, washing machine (with another gite), grassland for horses. Wood supplied. Flat rate charge for heating: €6/day. Options: rental of bedding, bathroom and household linen - fixed rate for cleaning.
