Au Fil de l'Eure

The house was built on a fully enclosed plot of nearly 2,000 m², with the garden finishing at a branch of the river. Facing the house is an outbuilding with a relaxation area, featuring a large jacuzzi. At the bottom of the garden is a space that’s a little wild, with a table and benches, and a branch of the river, perfect for heading out on canoeing or kayaking trips. The property on the other side of the river is wooded and completely wild. Access to the river area is closed off with a large gate, to keep young children safe. The house features a living room of 85 m², with an open-plan kitchen, and four bedrooms (suite with bathroom on the ground floor, room with two beds, TV and game console, and two rooms upstairs).
